Patti'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 c. onions, diced
    1 c. green peppers, diced
    1 c. mushrooms, diced
    1 c. tomatoes, diced
    1 large avocado, diced
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add garlic, pepper and diced onions.
    Dip chicken breasts in mixture.
    Fry chicken until brown, then bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Add vegetables to chicken and bake an additional 15 minutes.
    Take chicken out of the oven and sprinkle the avocado over it before serving.
    Serves 4.
