Macadamia Butterfingers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 egg, separated
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. Macadamia nuts, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 275\u00b0.
Lightly grease a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg yolk and nutmeg until light and fluffy.
Add flour; stir to combine.
Pat dough over bottom of prepared pan.
