Grandma'S Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak
    1 green pepper
    1 can tomato juice
    oil
    celery
    salt
Preparation
    Get the round steak cut a little thicker than the regular round steak.
    Cut meat into pieces.
    Pour some flour on it and pound flour into meat.
    Have oil hot in pan; brown meat.
    Add green pepper, celery and tomato juice to meat.
    Salt to taste. Let simmer until well done.
    Add a little water if meat isn't done and the tomato juice is used up.
