Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    garlic powder to taste
    red pepper to taste
    chili powder
Preparation
    Set cheese out until soft; add garlic powder, red pepper and pecans.
    Mix well with hands.
    Roll into two rolls.
    Sprinkle with chili powder.
    Refrigerate; slice when cool.
