Microwave Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small carrots, chopped finely
1 c. cabbage, shredded fine
1 stalk celery, chopped finely
1/2 (10 oz.) box frozen mixed vegetables
1/3 (10 oz.) box frozen corn
1 (14 to 16 oz.) can tomatoes
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans beef broth
1/2 can tomato soup and 1/2 can water
2 beef or chicken bouillon cubes
1 small bay leaf
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
salt (at end of cooking as desired)
Preparation

Preparation time:
1 hour.
Use a 4-quart microwave pot with cover.
Cook ingredients on High for 20 minutes, stirring at 10 minutes.
Cook at 50% power for 25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Taste softness of celery for doneness.
