Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
3 c. sharp cheese
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (herb seasoned)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except stuffing.
Sprinkle stuffing over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until it begins to bubble.
