Steak And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    1 c. Uncle Ben's rice
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    1 stick butter
    1 can beef consomme
    1 soup can water
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Trim bone and fat from steak and cut into 1-inch strips.
    Brown steak in oil in skillet on top of stove.
    Mix steak and all other ingredients in a covered casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serves 8.
