Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. flour
3 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. shredded coconut
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 1/4 c. milk
3/4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix together the sugar, salt, cornstarch and flour.
Stir in milk and beaten egg yolks.
Cook in saucepan on medium heat, stirring continually.
Add butter and vanilla.
Fold in coconut. Pour in baked pie shell.
