Upper Peninsula Pastie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 crust for 8-inch pie
3 medium diced potatoes
1/8 c. diced rutabagas
1/2 c. sliced steak
1/4 c. pork or other favorite vegetables
Preparation

Place all ingredients on crust then fold and seal.
Dot with butter and make three slits in crust to allow the steam to escape. Bake in center rack at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serve with brown gravy or catsup.
