Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground smoked ham
    1 lb. ground fresh pork
    2 eggs
    1 c. fine bread or cracker crumbs
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. water or 3/4 c. pineapple or orange juice
Preparation
    Combine smoked ham, fresh pork, eggs and bread or cracker crumbs and form into loaf.
    Place in roasting pan.
    Make sauce of remaining ingredients and pour over loaf.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about an hour, or until done.
