Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 medium potatoes
    1 stick butter or margarine
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. minced green onion
    3 Tbsp. Lawry's seasoning salt
    Velveeta cheese, sliced
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; boil until soft.
    Mash with butter and sour cream.
    Add green onions and salt; blend until potatoes are fluffy.
    Put into a casserole dish; sprinkle with more of the salt to taste, if desired.
    Add slices of Velveeta cheese to cover top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serves 6.
