Ingredients

1 (7 oz.) jar sun-dried tomatoes (oil packed)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 or 3 cloves garlic
Preparation

Drain tomatoes, reserving 1 tablespoon oil.
In food processor, place oil, tomatoes, cheese and garlic.
Process until well blended, stopping once to scrape down sides.
Serve with pita chips or bagel chips.
Also good with raw vegetables.
