Chicken Spitsade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken
    1 small jar Spanish olives
    red and green bell peppers, cut
    fresh mushrooms, sliced
    olive oil
    garlic
    parsley
    paprika
    1/2 c. white Zinfandel wine
Preparation
    Fry chicken (which has been skinned), coated with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
    Put fried chicken in large pan with 1/2 cup of frying oil.
    Add olives, mushrooms and peppers to chicken.
    Add 1/2 cup wine for flavor.
    Cook for at least 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Serve with rice.
