Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced zucchini
    2 c. boiling water
    2 eggs
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in boiling water until just tender.
    Drain.
    In large bowl, beat eggs.
    Stir in mayonnaise, onions, green pepper, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Add zucchini; toss.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
    Serves 6.
