Baked Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. ground cloves
    2 Tbsp. powdered cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. dried mustard
    1 tsp. black pepper
    peach pickle juice or apple cider
Preparation
    Cut rind off ham.
    Combine dry ingredients and add enough juice to make a dough that can be rolled over fat.
    Cover part of ham with dough.
    Put in cold oven.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes per pound, 4 or 5 hours for a 15 pound ham, basting every 30 minutes.
    Take dough off and finish with brown sugar or any favorite way of browning ham.
