Gourmets Delight Pecan Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 whole eggs
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 large pkg. cream cheese
1/4 to 1/2 green pepper, grated
onion (size of walnut), grated
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Add sugar and vinegar.
Cook over boiling water until thick.
Cool slightly.
Beat in cheese.
Grate in green pepper and onion.
Add pecans.
Let season 2 hours.
Good for potato chips or Fritos.
