Zucchini And Cream Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 small zucchini
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    round butter crackers
Preparation
    Cut unpeeled zucchini into thin slices and boil until tender but still crunchy.
    Drain thoroughly.
    Melt cheese and butter and mix with garlic powder and zucchini.
    Put in a baking dish and crumble crackers on top.
    Bake for 25 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
    Serves 6.
