Chocolate Pudding Stacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 package unflavored gelatin
    2 packages (14 - 1/2 cup serving) instant chocolate pudding mix
    1 quart skim milk
    1 tsp vanilla
    16 graham crackers (2 1/2 squares)
    2 medium bananas
    1/2 cup whipped topping
Preparation
    In microwave, sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup cold water.
    Let stand 1 minute to soften.
    Microwave on high 20 seconds, stir; rotate cup 1/4 turn;
    microwave high 20 seconds.
    Prepare pudding with skim milk following package directions.
    Add unflavored gelatin and vanilla to pudding, stir until blended.
    Place 8 graham crackers in bottom of 11 X 7 inch dish.
    Spread with 1/2 the pudding.
    Place 1/2 the banana slices on pudding.
    Repeat layers ending with bananas.
    Refrigerate 4 hours.
    To serve cut into 8 squares.
    Top with 1 tub whipped topping.
