Bill Salveson'S Mozzarella Marinara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Mozzarella cheese (1 eight oz. pkg. for 2 people)
    1 (8 oz.) can seasoned bread crumbs
    2 whole eggs
    2 c. milk
    2 (28 oz.) cans whole tomatoes
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. sweet basil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. dry red wine
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    oil (enough for 1/4-inch depth in frying pan)
Preparation
    Cut Mozzarella cheese into slices approximately 1/2-inch thick.
