Chicken Mini-Drumsticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    36 chicken wings
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 c. beer
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. light brown sugar, packed
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Remove tips from chicken wings.
    Combine pineapple juice, beer, soy sauce, brown sugar, onion, ginger and garlic.
    Stir together until sugar is dissolved.
    Add chicken, stirring to coat well.
    Cover and marinate at room temperature for about 1 hour. Drain chicken; reserve marinade.
    Melt margarine in a large frying pan over medium heat.
    Add chicken and cook, browning on all sides.
    add 1/2 cup reserved marinade to chicken.
    Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, over low heat for about 15 minutes or until fork can be inserted into chicken with ease.
    Keep chicken moist by using additional marinade as needed.
