Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    powdered sugar
    cinnamon powder (optional)
Preparation
    Heat 2-inches deep of oil in skillet.
    Heat oil until hot, but not smoking.
    Take batter, pour it through funnel into hot oil, moving in a circular motion, then crisscross until you've made a cake the size of a plate or smaller.
    When lightly browned, remove and drain on paper towels.
    Dredge or sprinkle in powdered sugar and sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
    Best when eaten warm.
