Shrimp Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large clove garlic, chopped fine
    1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. celery, chopped fine
    1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 lb. cooked (steamed) shrimp
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix well and place in casserole dish.
    Sprinkle top with 3/4 cup grated Swiss cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
