Bar-B-Que'D Pork Chops - cooking recipe

8 pork chops
2 large onions, sliced
1/2 bottle ketchup
1 Tbsp. vinegar
4 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
Preparation

Place pork chops in a large skillet and cover with water. Brown the chops.
Remove from skillet and brown the onions.
Put chops back in the skillet with the onions and add vinegar, brown sugar, and ketchup.
Add water to cover.
Cook over high heat until it starts to boil.
Reduce heat to low, let simmer until gravy thickens, about 2 hours.
