Fried Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. Sorrento string cheese
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    2/3 c. Italian style bread crumbs
    olive oil
Preparation
    Cut 1 ounce Sorrento string cheese in half (or keep whole, optional).
    Dredge each piece of string cheese in flour, dip in egg and then coat with bread crumbs.
    Place on a plate in a single layer.
    Refrigerate uncovered for one
    hour.
