Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. round steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
5 to 6 potatoes, in chunks
2 to 3 carrots, in chunks
2 stalks celery, in chunks
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. beef bouillon
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
pepper to taste
2 to 3 c. V-8 juice
Preparation

Place everything into a roaster or large crock-pot.
Cover with the V-8 juice and cook 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 in the oven or 6 hours in the crock-pot.
