Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained (keep juice)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. nut meats
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    2 (3 oz.) small cream cheese
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup hot water.
    Mix well, then add 1 cup juice.
    When partly congealed, add pineapple, celery, nut meats and cream cheese that has been creamed well.
    Then fold in whipping cream.
    Chill.
