Turkey Schnitzel - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
salt
pepper
1 lemon
1 lb. fresh turkey slices (uncooked)
Preparation

Beat egg, milk and oil together.
Dip turkey slices in egg mixture, then in crumbs.
Place in a single layer in greased baking pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0, turning once.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Garnish with lemon slices.
