Brazilian Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. diced apple
1/2 c. pineapple in small cubes
1/4 c. green peas
2 Tbsp. chopped nuts
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
lettuce
Preparation

Combine fruit and vegetables, mix with mayonnaise and lemon juice and season.
Serve on lettuce.
