Zucchini Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    4 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. Bisquick
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch Pyrex pan.
    Grate zucchini and chop onion.
    Beat eggs.
    Add oil and Bisquick; blend thoroughly. To this mixture, add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
