Low Calorie Beef And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, diced 1/2-inch
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Grease a 2-quart casserole.
    Arrange diced potatoes in bottom and sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon crumbled oregano, 1/4 teaspoon salt and some freshly ground pepper.
    Crumble ground chuck over potatoes in an even layer.
    Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon more oregano, 1/4 teaspoon salt and some more pepper.
