Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. milk
    2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix pulp, eggs and milk. Sift dry ingredients together and add to pulp mixture.
    Pour into greased pan to depth of 2-inches. Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
