Ingredients

1 qt. fresh cranberries or 2 cans whole berry cranberries
2 c. cold water
1 3/4 c. sugar
juice of 2 oranges
rind of 1 orange
Preparation

Boil cranberries in cold water until mushy.
Put through sieve. Add sugar and cook on low heat until sugar dissolves.
Add orange juice and rind.
Put in freezer until hard.
Remove and beat until frothy.
Refreeze.
Serve with a turkey dinner.
