Vegetable Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 medium can crushed pineapple
    1/4 c. chopped bell peppers
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. pecans, chopped fine
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well.
    Chill overnight, or until you can roll into ball.
    Roll in crushed nuts or parsley.
