Salmon Bits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) can salmon
1 egg
1/2 c. flour
1 heaping tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Drain salmon; reserve 1/4 cup liquid.
Break meat apart.
Add flour and slightly beaten egg.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add baking powder to liquid; beat until foamy.
Pour into salmon mixture.
Drop by teaspoon in deep fryer half full of oil.
Remove from oil as soon as brown.
These are very crisp and light.
