Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. manicotti
    8 oz. (2 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 (12 oz.) cartons cottage cheese
    2 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 qt. spaghetti sauce
    1/4 grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook manicotti according to package directions.
    Mix next 10 ingredients together.
    Stuff into cooked manicotti.
    Place into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan into which 1/2 of the sauce has been poured.
    Pour remaining sauce over the manicotti.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Can be made ahead, freezes well before or after baking.
