Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 Cups Flour
    2 tsp. Cream of Tartar
    1 tsp. Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1 Cup Veg. Shortening
    1 1/2 + 1/4 Cups Sugar
    2 Eggs
    1 tsp. Vanilla
    2 tsp. Cinnamon
Preparation
    Sift together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda & salt. Set aside.
