Chicken 'N Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/4 c. Western dressing
    1 1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted margarine (optional)
    chicken pieces, skin removed
Preparation
    Combine all
    ingredients and put half of the mixture in the bottom of
    a

    x\t13-inch
    pan.
    Place chicken pieces on rice. Add
    balance
    of
    rice mixture.
    Parmesan cheese and/or Mozzarella cheese may\tbe
    added.
    Bake
    2
    1/2 hours at 250\u00b0, uncovered. May be baked 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
    (I prefer the slower cooking.)
