Good Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. pork, cubed
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 bell pepper, diced
cooked brown rice
1/2 to 1 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
dash of salt
1/4 c. onion, diced
Preparation

In large skillet, brown pork.
Add water; cover and simmer until tender (1 hour).
Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
Mix pineapple syrup, brown sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, soy sauce and salt.
Cook over medium heat until thickens.
Cook pineapple, bell pepper and onion in small amount of oil or butter until tender; add to pork mixture.
Serve over hot rice.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
