Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    coarse salt
Preparation
    Mix yeast, water, sugar and salt in a bowl.
    Add flour; mix well.
    Put dough on wax paper; knead until smooth.
    Cut pieces and make into shapes, not too thick, not too thin.
    Put on cookie sheet.
    Brush with beaten egg; sprinkle them with coarse salt. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
