Chile Rellenos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. grated Jack cheese
2 cans Ortega whole chiles (large)
1 c. Bisquick
3 c. milk
3 eggs
Preparation
-
Layer cheese and chiles.
Heat remaining ingredients and pour over layers.
Cover and let stand one hour.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
