Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    1/2 to 3/4 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. sliced green onions
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; add salt, pepper and any other spices to taste.
    Drain.
    Blend together next 5 ingredients.
    Place beef in pie shell.
    Pour milk and mayonnaise mixture over meat.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
