Homemade Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 (28 oz.) cans Red Pack crushed tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/4 c. oregano
    1/4 c. basil
    1/4 c. parsley
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    3/4 tsp. fresh garlic
    1/4 c. Parmesan
    2 bay leaves
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic.
    Add tomato paste, stirring constantly.
    When mixed well, pour into very large pot and add crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, parsley and bay leaves.
    Bring to a boil and then simmer for 2 hours and 45 minutes.
    Add sugar and Parmesan cheese.
    Continue to simmer for 15 minutes.
    Let cool and store extra sauce in freezer.
    Makes a lot!
