African Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chop suey meat
    2 small onions, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 can water
    1 can mushrooms (optional)
    3 Tbsp. molasses
    1/2 c. raw rice
    salt and pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown meat; add onions, celery, soups, water, mushrooms, molasses, rice, salt and pepper.
    Bake 2 hours, uncovered, at 325\u00b0.
