Rhubarb Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rhubarb, cubed
    2/3 to 3/4 c. sugar
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    1 yellow Jiffy cake mix
    1 c. water
    1/2 stick oleo, cut in pieces
Preparation
    In an 8 x 12-inch baking dish, layer the rhubarb, sugar, dry gelatin and dry cake mix in that order.
    Pour water over all and scatter the pieces of oleo over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes, until cake is lightly browned.
