Hearty Tuna Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. water or chicken broth
1 (5.25 oz.) pkg. au gratin potato mix
1 (6.5 oz.) can tuna, drained
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, partially thawed
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine water or broth with contents of potato mix, including seasoning packet.
Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in tuna, milk, broccoli and salt.
Heat 5 to 10 minutes more, until mixture is heated through.
Makes 5 servings, each with 196 calories, 4 grams fat and 15 milligrams cholesterol.
