Tomato-Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni shells
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped (about 2 c.)
    2 green onions with tops, chopped (about 2 Tbsp.)
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    2 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh or 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1/8 tsp. coarsely cracked pepper
Preparation
    Cook macaroni as directed on package.
    Rinse in cold water and drain.
    Stir in tomatoes, onions, garlic, parsley, oil, salt, basil and pepper.
    Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.
    Makes 6 servings.
