Spinach And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
    1/2 c. water
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and spinach in water until completely thawed (but not cooked).
    Stir in remaining ingredients except bread crumbs.
    Place in large casserole dish and cover with seasoned bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 12 servings of 1/2 cup at approximately 85 calories per serving.
