Sausage Pitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. smoked sausage, sliced diagonally
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 large green pepper, sliced
    8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    pita bread, cut in half to make pocket
Preparation
    Brown sausage in skillet; add vegetables.
    Cook until just tender.
    Lightly toast pita bread.
    Use spoon to open while warm. Fill with sausage and vegetables.
