Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium onions, sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4.5 oz. sliced mushrooms
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    5 oz. can evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    6 slices French bread
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0. Spray an 8 x 8 casserole dish with cooking spray. Combine the first 6 ingredients with 1 cup of Swiss cheese. Place slices of French bread over mixture and sprinkle with parsley. Bake, uncovered, 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
