Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. bittersweet chocolate
    4 oz. unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
    2 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. dark rum, cognac or orange liqueur
    unsweetened cocoa
Preparation
    Melt chocolate in a bowl over hot water.
    Remove bowl from hot water and whisk in butter.
    Next, whisk in egg yolks.
    Add rum, cognac or liqueur.
    Place bowl over cold water and beat vigorously until chocolate is thick and smooth.
    Chill until workable.
    Form into balls with 2 teaspoons; roll in unsweetened cocoa.
    Place on a chilled plate until firm.
    Roll in cocoa again and keep chilled in a covered container until served.
